The ATV is a go-anywhere-do-anything directional alpine freeride board. Its generous sidecut, shape and flex provide a stable, damp ride on all snowpacks. The ATV is a wider version of our 4WD model with a longer, more gradually inclined nose for improved float in powder and soft snow conditions; it still rails the groomers with the stability and control you would expect from a Prior alpine board.
Profile – Traditional Camber
Best for - groomers, fall line, hardpack, moguls, soft snow, powder, steeps, and crud.
Rider type – New and learning hard-boot riders; its wider width allows for a relaxed stance making things easier for those just starting out. The ATV is also a popular choice for advanced alpine riders looking for a high-performance hardboot powder board. Soft boot riders with angled stances searching for their ultimate carving tool are similarly attracted to the performance and versatility of the ATV.
| Triaxial Fiberglass with Double Carbon Beams
21oz. Tri glass double carb is a stitched fabric with glass fibers running in three directions +45, -45, and 0 degrees; it also has two 10-count carbon beams 4cm apart running lengthwise through the fabric and the board. The triaxial material is layered on each side of a vertically laminated maple and aspen woodcores combined with UHMW sidewalls and bases and nylon topsheets.This glass/carbon configuration adds extra pop, weight savings, responsiveness and torsional stability compared with regular triaxial glass. |
