This charge is to cover the additional labour and design time required to custom manufacture a new core based on your requested dimensions. This typically used if you desired flex pattern cannot be acheived within the standard "Stage 1" custom flex option.
This fee covers the typical estimated cost for us to develop a custom core based on your requested dimensions and specs. This price can increase based on the complexity of your design and the required tooling.
