Liability & Gear Set-Up


In order to pickup your booking request, you will need to electronically review and sign the General Liability Waiver, which you can see here:

Picking up & Returning your Demo:

Friday - Sunday:

Pickup 7:30AM - 10:00AM
Pick-up at our in-village Prior Demo Pick-up Center
Located on the Patio of the Longhorn Saloon, at the bottom of both the Whistler Village Gondola and the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola.

Return 2:30PM - 4:30PM
Prior Demo Return Center at the Westin Hotel, conveniently situated 50m from the Whistler Village Gondola.

Group Bookings & Special Prior Demo Days

Unless otherwise specified with your group, pickup & returns will also be at these Demo Center locations above.

Monday - Thursday:     9AM - 5:30PM

Directly at the Prior Factory in Function Junction - Directions
1410 Alpha Lake Rd, Whistler, BC V8E 0J3
If picking up from the factory you should pick-up the day before between 2:30PM - 5PM
Please only return at the factory if your demo is NOT due back on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Special Prior Demo Day
All returns that are to the factory should be the final day of the booking, prior to 530PM.


Damaged Rental Equipment

  • Rental equipment is inspected before & after every rental. Should damage occur to rental equipment during the rental period, the renter will be charged for the cost of repair. This repair cost will not exceed the full cost to replace all damaged equipment. Lost, misplaced or stolen equipment will be charged at full retail value of the rental equipment.


  • Please provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations. If booking is cancelled within 24hrs of start date, no refund will be given. If cancelled at least 24hrs prior to your booking start date a full refund will be given.
Deposit on arrival
  • For security reasons we need to take a copy of one form of ID, along with a copy of your payment card.

Requirements for under 18’s

  • Guests under the age of 18 years will need to have a guardian of the age 18 years or older to sign on their behalf.
