Husume

Starting at   $1,049.00 CAD

The Husume has gathered a legion of supporters ranging from professional guides to adventurous weekend warriors globally.

The key to the Husume’s popularity is that its design excels both as a touring/powder ski and a resort freeride ski.

A mid fat waist of 109mm, makes it nimble from edge-to-edge when on the groomed runs, yet skins like a workhorse on ascents in the backcountry and rips powder like a dream.

For the off piste focused, all mountain, backcountry ski connoisseur this ski certainly belongs on the “skis to own” bucket list. Just ask Backcountry Magazine, they’ve presented the Husume XTC Carbon ski with their coveted Editor’s Choice award in 2013.

    Tech & Features

The Husume’s moderately long sidecut, dialled flex, 12-14mm taper, squared tail and waist width of 109-110mm provide an excellent balance of powder float, weight savings and skinnability for the backcountry.

Within ski boundaries the Husume rails on groomers and excels in chunder and variable winter conditions.

Husume is named after a renowned backcountry run accessible behind Blackcomb Mountain only a few minutes from the Prior factory.
